It could be seen that the curve of settlement and load of pile , the distribution of axial force on the pile top , the curve of load on cap and axial force on the top pile obtained with numerical analysis were agreed with those measured in centrifugal model test 分析結(jié)果表明,數(shù)值分析所得承臺(tái)沉降與承臺(tái)荷載的關(guān)系曲線、樁頂軸力分布、樁頂軸力隨承臺(tái)荷載變化的關(guān)系曲線,與其離心模型試驗(yàn)實(shí)測(cè)成果較一致。
Abstract : in this paper , the kinematically admissible velocity fields are established by using the metal flow patterns based on the experiments , and the configuration dimensions of billet and the curves of load - stroke in precision forging process for spur gear from solid billet are simulated on computer by upper bound method . the results acquired in the simulation are in good agreement with those obtained in the experiments 文摘:本文利用有實(shí)驗(yàn)根據(jù)的變形流動(dòng)模式建立動(dòng)可容速度場(chǎng),利用上限法模擬用實(shí)心坯料精鍛直齒圓柱齒輪時(shí)坯料的外形尺寸變化和力?行程曲線,所得結(jié)果與實(shí)驗(yàn)測(cè)定值很一致,可供沖擠精鍛工藝設(shè)計(jì)參考。
Adopting the deformation harmony theory , the numeric calculation of the curve of load versus settlement is made . the fitting results between the calculated curve of load - settlement and the measured one of piles with different construction process are illustrated . hence , under the condition of few or no static load test data , the performance of bearing capacity of single bored pile in loess may be predicted utilizing indexes of shear wave velocity , static cone penetration test and modification coefficient of depth , so it is remarkable to reduce the blindness of preliminary design of pile 通過(guò)室內(nèi)試驗(yàn)及原位測(cè)試指標(biāo)進(jìn)行理論計(jì)算與現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)測(cè)值的對(duì)比,筆者引入了施工工藝修正系數(shù)k _ ( c1 )和k _ ( c2 )及深度修正系數(shù),使理論計(jì)算值與現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)測(cè)值具有良好的一致性,進(jìn)而通過(guò)變形協(xié)調(diào)理論對(duì)荷載?沉降曲線進(jìn)行數(shù)值計(jì)算,并用不同施工工藝的實(shí)例說(shuō)明了理論計(jì)算荷載?沉降曲線與實(shí)測(cè)荷載?沉降曲線的擬合效果,從而達(dá)到可在不做靜載荷試驗(yàn)或少做靜載荷試驗(yàn)的情況下通過(guò)剪切波速和靜力觸探試驗(yàn)指標(biāo)以及施工工藝修正系數(shù)等預(yù)測(cè)黃土地基中鉆孔灌注樁承載性狀,這對(duì)于工程初步設(shè)計(jì)中減少設(shè)計(jì)的盲目性具有十分重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
Observing the mechanics and effect of the new strengthening method with test and finite element method is supposed to offer a guide for technology and become valuable in theory and practice . both compression test , including four reinforced and three control specimens , and shear - compression test , including nineteen reinforced and four control specimens are being studied in this paper . the research on the curves of load - strain , load - deflection and hysteretic shows that the transverse translation of the reinforced columns is well controlled with an upgrading of both ductility and ultimate bearing capacity ( ubc ) 本文對(duì)4根鋼絲網(wǎng)外噴高強(qiáng)砂漿加固鋼筋混凝土柱和3根對(duì)比鋼筋混凝土柱進(jìn)行了軸壓試驗(yàn)研究,并對(duì)19根加固鋼筋混凝土柱和4根對(duì)比鋼筋混凝土柱進(jìn)行了剪壓試驗(yàn)研究;通過(guò)對(duì)試件荷載-應(yīng)變曲線、荷載-撓度曲線和滯回曲線等的研究表明,采用該加固方法能有效的約束柱子橫向變形,并對(duì)提高鋼筋混凝土柱的極限承載力和延性有明顯的效果;同時(shí)根據(jù)理論及加固機(jī)理分析提出了適應(yīng)于此加固方法的軸壓極限承載力計(jì)算公式。
